As part of our Advanced Customer Analytics team, you'll work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to understand customer preferences, optimize engagement strategies, and identify new revenue opportunities. The Position

We're looking for an analyst who can dive deep into customer data to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic initiatives across the organization. As a Customer Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for consistently delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a way that's easily digestible by non-technical teams.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them
  • Working with data engineering, product, and governance teams to ensure data quality, integration, and accessibility for customer analytics initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in customer analytics

The Stats

We're looking for a candidate who has:

  • 3+ years' experience in an analytics role preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel required; intermediate experience with Python preferred
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports
