TurboTenant is seeking a talented Senior SEO Manager to elevate our website's organic search presence, optimize content, and drive conversions.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you'll be responsible for:

Technical SEO Mastery

  • Developing a comprehensive technical SEO strategy to improve website crawlability, site speed, and overall search engine visibility
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure website architecture aligns with SEO best practices
  • Conducting log file analysis and discussing website structure with the engineering team

Content Optimization

  • Identifying high-converting keyword pillars and creating content strategies to drive growth
  • Working closely with the content team to optimize existing content for search engines, including Google, YouTube, and ChatGPT
  • Providing recommendations on improving content performance across various mediums like apps, audio, and video

Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Tracking and analyzing SEO metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
  • Managing all SEO-related reporting to the company, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on high-performing teams, owning SEO strategy
  • A deep understanding of SEO best practices, including Google updates' impact on website success
  • Expertise in technical SEO aspects, site structure, schema, and other SEO features
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and key events through SEO efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points if you have experience:

  • Managing an SEO team or outsourcing SEO services
  • Writing original blog content
  • Publishing press releases

Compensation range for this position is $105,000 – $115,000 annually + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
