Kaizen Gaming is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Owner to lead our Sportsbook Product team in developing cutting-edge mobile applications. As part of our esteemed team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and development of products by leveraging agile best practices.

The Role:

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be part of an agile development team responsible for driving the vision and development of products. Your primary focus will be on mobile applications, leveraging AI and experimentation to continuously enhance the betting experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving one Scrum team as the Product Owner
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project
  • Creating requirements in the form of epics and stories
  • Managing the backlog and iteration planning process
  • Leading the planning of product release schedules and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
  • Mitigating impediments that could impact the release/sprint goals
  • Supporting the team and organization by using agile/scrum best practices and promoting agile values
  • Partnering with product management and business stakeholders to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
  • Collaborating with Product Analysts and AI teams to ensure product decisions are informed by evidence and experimentation

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with:

  • At least 4 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment
  • Extensive experience working on mobile applications, particularly on iOS and Android platforms
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience leveraging A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics (e.g., GA4, Looker, or similar)
  • Proven ability to define requirements that identify business challenges and outline the technical and business changes needed to address them
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
  • Familiarity with online sports betting products is an asset
  • Good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is considered a plus
