As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for delivering digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, ensuring accurate data targeting and segmentation.
About the Role
As a dual-reporting role, you'll work closely with both the Marketing Insight and Marketing Operations teams to drive business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications in line with the Club's campaign schedule
- Interpreting and executing data targeting requirements accurately to support email, SMS, and social audience segmentation
- Providing reporting data to support analysis and monitoring of marketing performance
- Analyzing data using SQL and digital measurement tools to produce clear insights and actionable recommendations
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of marketing data and insight, particularly within direct and data-driven marketing. You'll be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, Maths, or Statistics. As an organized, detail-focused, and excellent communicator, you'll be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Technical Requirements
You'll need solid SQL experience for data querying, strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms. Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau is also essential. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of GA4 and key digital marketing metrics, as well as an appreciation of database structures, data quality principles, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
