As mobile marketing continues to revolutionize the way businesses reach and engage with their audience, Betr is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join its growing team. As part of the company's data analytics department, you'll be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across various business areas.

Founded in 2022 by Joey Levy and Jake Paul, Betr is building the world's first real-money gaming super app. The company has already made a significant impact with its first product, Betr Picks, which quickly grew to hundreds of thousands of paying users who have won over $250 million on the platform. With plans to launch additional new nationwide gaming products within its single-app experience in 2026, Betr is poised for even greater success.

As a Data Analyst at Betr, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Growth, to uncover key insights that drive engagement and inform investment decisions. Your primary focus will be on marketing and growth analytics, analyzing user acquisition, retention, CRM, and campaign performance across Betr's key product lines: Fantasy, Arcade, Social Sportsbook, and Casino.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance data from various marketing channels to identify growth and retention opportunities
  • Partner with the Growth and CRM teams to evaluate acquisition funnels, retention drivers, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key KPIs
  • Support experimentation and testing to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations that inform marketing and audience strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or growth analytics, preferably within B2C industries such as gaming, sports, or fintech
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise, with strong experience using Power BI (preferred) or similar visualization tools
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling and machine learning concepts, including regression, clustering, LTV, churn, or cohort analysis
  • Experience working with marketing platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Singular, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM/email platforms

  • Possesses an analytical mindset that can connect marketing performance to business outcomes and uncover the "why" behind the numbers
  • Is excellent at translating technical findings into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Has a proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to explore new ways data can improve decision-making
  • Bonus points for experience with Python or R and predictive model deployment
