As we kick off a new generation of gaming, we're thrilled to share what's next for mobile game development. The last year has taught us that the joy of play and its power to connect people is something to be cherished and shared.
At Xbox, our goal is to make it easy for players to find games they love and connect with friends across multiple devices. In 2021, we're expanding cloud gaming (beta) to more devices, including iOS and PC. This means you'll have access to a seamless experience wherever you log in – whether that's on your Xbox Series X|S, PC, Xbox One, Android device, or Windows PC and iOS device from the cloud.
In Spring 2021, we'll take the next step by making cloud gaming with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate available on Windows PCs through the Xbox app and browser, as well as on iOS devices via mobile web browser. This will add over a billion devices to our ecosystem, allowing you to play your favorite games like Minecraft Dungeons using touch controls on an iPhone or jump into a Destiny 2: Beyond Light strike on a Surface Pro during your lunch break.
Our ambition is to help game developers find an easy path to the world's 3 billion gamers. To achieve this, we're embracing multiple devices and providing a consistent Xbox experience wherever you log in. Whether it's playing with friends or discovering new games, our goal is to make mobile game development accessible to everyone.
In addition to cloud gaming, we'll also be bringing more great games to Xbox players. In 2021, creators around the world will tap deeper into the power of Xbox Series X|S and bring a massive variety of content to Xbox players. From Xbox Game Studios, you can expect new brain-bending odysseys in Psychonauts 2, as well as surprises we haven't announced yet.
We're also excited to welcome the Bethesda team to the Xbox family, adding their critically acclaimed franchises like The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, and Doom to our portfolio. This will grow our creative studio teams from 15 to 23 in 2021, all working together to forge a future of games fit for a world of different players.
