Get ready for the ultimate mobile game development showdown as Red Bull Mobile Esports Open (M.E.O.) comes to Ireland in 2024! For the first time ever, gamers from the Emerald Isle will have the chance to go head-to-head against some of the best esports professionals globally.

As the world's largest mobile esport tournament enters its sixth season, players from over 30 countries will compete for incredible prizes. And the best part? Participation is free and open to gamers of all levels! This unique opportunity allows casual mobile game enthusiasts to test their skills against established pros in Ireland.

The two chosen titles for this year's competition are Clash Royale and PUBG Mobile. For Clash Royale, a single-player format will be played out in a standard tournament style, with the first qualification round taking place on January 13th, followed by the second round on January 21st. Each clash royale qualification offers a spot for up to 256 players in the "Best-of-3" elimination format, with the top 4 players from each qualification making it to the grand finale.

PUBG Mobile, open to duos, follows a similar format. Two online qualification rounds will take place on January 14th and 20th, respectively. Eight teams will qualify for the live finale, with four teams advancing from each round.

The highly anticipated Red Bull M.E.O. Live Finale will take place on January 27th at the Sugar Club in Dublin's city center, where Ireland's top gamers will battle it out for the first-ever Red Bull M.E.O. title on these shores.

Prize winners will have the choice between a flagship smartphone or €1,000 cash per player.
