Your insights will help drive incremental revenue through optimal marketing strategies.

The Data Scientist Role

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to take on data science projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to agree project KPIs and report on progress throughout the project's lifecycle. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality analysis, customer segmentation, and predictive models that drive revenue growth
  • Improving our understanding of customer behaviors, efficiency of promotions, and effectiveness of bonus spend
  • Developing new and innovative ways to turn behaviors into features for use in analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling
  • Collaborating with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineers to optimize data quality and modeling pipelines

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of previous Data Science or Analytics experience
  • Experience building and deploying complex machine learning models with real-world applications
  • Strong technical skills in quantitative analysis, including proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in statistical or programming software and techniques (e.g., Python, R, C#, VBA)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical projects to non-technical stakeholders
