As a Senior Data Analyst, Fraud & Payments, you'll join our Security, Risk and Compliance Analytics team in New York City. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business recommendations, helping us understand customer preferences, optimize engagement strategies, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Your Game Plan
In this role, you'll lead complex analytical projects independently, utilizing advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and product, to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring data quality, integration, and accessibility for customer analytics initiatives.
The Stats
We're looking for a highly skilled candidate with:
- 5+ years' experience in an analytics role, preferably with a focus on Fraud and Payments
- Bachelor's Degree in a numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel required; additional proficiency with Python or R preferred
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports
- Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, Notebooks, and BI visualization tools for data analysis, query optimization, and collaborative workflows
