Position Overview

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Mobile Game Development Country Manager to spearhead our French website portfolio in the competitive iGaming industry. As the primary point person, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive mobile game development strategies that drive organic growth through strategic initiatives, with key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on Traffic, Clicks, and Leads.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with our Head of SEO to develop a comprehensive mobile game development strategy for French market websites in competitive iGaming verticals
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ specialists, setting performance goals and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and reverse-engineer winning strategies across Content, UX, Link Building, CRO, and Technical SEO to stay ahead of the competition

Technical & Content Optimization

  • Identify high-value keyword opportunities and create powerful landing pages that drive conversions
  • Develop long-term content mobile game development strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends
  • Commission new content and optimize existing content for maximum organic performance and user engagement
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the overall user experience and outperform competitors

Growth & Revenue Focus

  • Partner with our Link Building team to enhance domain authority and organic visibility, driving more qualified leads per visitor
  • Discover new brand partnerships and work closely with Sales/CRO teams to optimize leads per visitor and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure that all websites remain cutting-edge and industry-leading in terms of mobile game development best practices

Required Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile game development, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive industries
  • Proven team management experience leading SEO specialists or digital marketing teams
  • Native/Fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively across languages
  • Expertise in competitive niches and affiliation marketing, as well as deep knowledge of both technical and content mobile game development strategies

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

  • Experience working in the iGaming industry, understanding regulatory landscapes and market dynamics
  • Documented case studies of successful mobile game development strategies and results
  • Experience with multilingual SEO and international market expansion, with a focus on French-speaking markets

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position: 35 hours/week
  • Remote work or option to work from our Chiang Mai, Thailand offices
  • Overlap requirement: Minimum 4 hours overlap with Bangkok timezone (GMT+7)
