As part of our retention marketing strategy, this high-impact role will work closely with the Analytics Director and other strategic owners to optimize customer marketing analytics capabilities. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of performance and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and clearly communicating recommendations to support continuous progress.

The Game Plan

In this role, you'll be tasked with:

  • Conducting in-depth performance analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities areas
  • Using data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving marketing strategies
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Providing support for CRM target selections via automated tools and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes
  • Partnering with marketing, commercial, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies

The Stats

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A bachelor's degree in a numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical, or commercial field preferred, with 2+ years of management experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel required
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Experience using data visualization software to convey analysis in an easy-to-digest format (Tableau a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
